By continuously improving our interactions with each patient and every referring physician and staff person, CDI strives to be recognized as the leading imaging provider in all of its communities. CDI associates have developed and follow a Service Theme, Service Standards, Service Guidelines and Values, which are the foundation of exceptional patient care - what we call the “CDI Experience.”

We take extra care to keep you comfortable while obtaining the best possible images. This includes simple things – complimentary beverages and snacks in our waiting room, comfortable scrubs to wear during some exams, as well as more sophisticated – highly trained technologists. Nationally, 5% of patients must repeat procedures; at CDI, more than 99% of our patients complete their radiology exams the first time. Our success rate is due, in part, to our efforts to thoroughly prepare you for your exam.
